Due to the perishable nature of our tea blends and food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items; however, we are committed to ensuring you love your flavors and will resolve any issues with damaged or incorrect orders.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Shipment
Upon arrival, please check your tea kits for any signs of transit damage or missing flavor packets within 48 hours of delivery.
- 2.Contact Support
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- 3.Verification Process
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will provide instructions for a replacement or a store credit for the affected items.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, replacements are shipped via expedited mail at no additional cost to ensure you can get back to enjoying your loaded teas as soon as possible.
